Weather
Late September is one of the most pleasant times to visit Las Vegas. Expect sunny skies with daytime highs generally in the mid-80s to low-90s°F (29–34°C) and comfortable evening temperatures in the mid-60s°F (18–20°C). Lightweight clothing is recommended during the day, while a light sweater or jacket is ideal for evenings and air-conditioned meeting rooms.
Transportation
If traveling to the conference by air, you will arrive at Harry Reid International Airport (LAS), located approximately 10 minutes from Horseshoe Las Vegas.
Taxis, Uber, Lyft, airport shuttles, and rental cars are readily available, making transportation to and from the hotel quick and convenient.
