Dress in lightweight clothing during the day and bring a light jacket or sweater for evenings.
Transportation
The closest airports are:
- Sacramento International Airport (SMF) – approximately 1 hour
- Oakland International Airport (OAK) – approximately 1 hour
- San Francisco International Airport (SFO) – approximately 1½ hours
A rental car is recommended if you plan to explore Napa Valley before or after conference sessions. Ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are also readily available throughout the valley.

For visitors who prefer not to drive, Vine Transit is Napa Valley’s public transportation system, offering bus service throughout Napa County as well as connections to regional transportation.
