Joining us in St. Thomas this November 5–8, 2025, for our 31st Annual Conference on Women’s Health: Care of Women Over 50?
Escape to paradise at the Westin Beach Resort & Spa at Frenchman’s Reef, perched above the sparkling turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. This idyllic location seamlessly combines educational experiences with the ultimate in relaxation.
To enhance your stay, we’ve prepared a guide covering weather, transportation, dining, activities, spa services, and more.
Weather
November in St. Thomas brings warm, tropical weather—ideal for both educational sessions and beachside leisure. Expect daytime temperatures of mid‑80s to low 90s °F (29–32 °C), with evenings cooling to mid‑70s °F (24–26 °C). Light rain is possible, especially in the early morning or late evening, but sunshine dominates.
